Filipino Innovation and Sustainability Take Center Stage at London Tech Week 2026

Lithos Manufacturing, in partnership with Manly Plastics Inc., is set to showcase a range of innovative climate technology solutions at London Tech Week 2026, taking place from June 8–10 at the Philippine Pavilion Booth in London. Among the highlights of the event is TRESHA, a unique line of fashion jewelry created from upcycled plastic waste by WASTO Waste Solutions, led by Michelle Bautista-Tañada. More than just stylish accessories, TRESHA represents the power of sustainability and social impact by providing meaningful livelihood opportunities for women, including persons deprived of liberty (PDLs), persons with disabilities (PWDs), and solo parents.

The exhibit will also feature several groundbreaking Filipino innovations developed through the collaboration of Lithos Manufacturing and Manly Plastics Inc., including GH-GaZ, BioCoat-Z, Rainfold with Zeramic Filters, EGG, and Honeycomb. These technologies address key challenges in clean energy, water security, environmental sustainability, and climate resilience. The participation of these startups at London Tech Week highlights the growing global recognition of Filipino ingenuity and innovation.

Their solutions demonstrate how local expertise, research, and sustainable technologies can create meaningful impact both in the Philippines and beyond. Lithos Manufacturing also extends its gratitude to the Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI) for its continuous support through programs such as Galing, Concept Prototyping, and IPRAP, which have helped strengthen product development and intellectual property protection efforts.
